East 8th

This home’s architecture took cues from farmhouse revival style, while incorporating eclectic details. Located on a corner lot, its footprint forms a natural garden space along the side street. A combination of brick wall panels with iron infills and screening plantings balances privacy with a sense of connection to the neighborhood –beautifully. A pair of olive trees offer dappled sunlight to the fountain area, while the lawn is framed by some of the client’s favorites: hydrangeas and Japanese maples.
